Why Time Matters?

+

White tea is one of the few teas that continues to evolve long after it is made.

Over the years, bright floral notes gradually soften into honeyed sweetness, while the texture becomes rounder, smoother, and more comforting. Nothing is added, and nothing is roasted—the transformation comes simply from time.

That's why this collection brings together a 2024 and a 2019 White Peony from the same origin and grade: to let you experience how a few years can completely reshape the same tea.

Hybrid Withering

+

Rather than relying entirely on sun withering or indoor withering, these White Peonies are crafted using a hybrid withering process. The leaves are carefully moved between natural and controlled environments, allowing moisture to dissipate gradually while preserving their delicate floral character and soft sweetness.
