Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Brew & Blossom. We want you to enjoy every sip of tea with peace of mind. Please review our return and refund policy below.

🔁 Returns

We do not accept returns on perishable goods such as opened tea packages, unless the product has a verified quality issue.

You may request a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

1. The item arrived damaged or broken

2. You received an incorrect item

3. The product has a quality issue, such as visible mold, unusual odor, foreign substances, or signs of contamination — even if the package has been opened

To request a return or refund, please contact us at brewblossomteam@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Your email must include:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos of the product and the issue

3. A brief explanation of the problem

Once your claim is approved, we will provide either:

1. A replacement shipment, or

2. A full refund, depending on your preference

You do not need to return the defective item in most cases.

 

💸 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after we confirm your case.

Non-refundable items:

1. Opened products without any quality issue

2. Gift cards

3. Sale or clearance items

❗ Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for items returned due to an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it for an additional fee.
