Tea, Through Their Eyes
Our story
From My Hands to Your Cup
I’m Shirley, the one-woman maker behind Brew & Blossom. I grew up in China's tea country, earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Tea Science, and now run this Seattle studio myself—sourcing with my father and trusted growers, tasting, photographing, and packing every order by hand.
My promise is simple: clean, small-batch teas—carefully chosen, easy to brew, and meant to be shared.
