Aged for Optimal Flavor

This batch was crafted in Spring 2023. As a lightly oxidized black tea, it continues to evolve over time. When fresh, it carries a touch of green sharpness and youthful brightness—but by its second year, that edge mellows into a round, soft sweetness. The floral aroma becomes fuller, the body smoother, and the finish longer. 2025 is the perfect time to enjoy this tea at its best: elegant, gentle, and refined.

A Family Collaboration

This is the very first tea my father learned to make. Back then, few believed black tea could be successfully crafted in our region. But we took that challenge to heart. Drawing from my academic background in Tea Science and his hands-on skills, we refined the process—testing, adjusting, and learning through every batch.

  • 2025: It received a Quality Excellence Award in the “Shaoxing Good Tea” selection event.
